Terms and Conditions

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

Quantities of 1-50 boxes will ship from our La Grange, KY location within 1-2 business days.  Orders of 100+ boxes, will be shipped via freight and delivery times may vary.  We cannot guarantee shipping delivery times. Once it leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier to get it to you by the shipping method you selected. We are unable to control what happens on their end. 

We will do our best to accommodate your needs.  If you require your order to be shipped right away, please select UPS Next Day, 2nd, or 3rd Day at check out.

Orders placed within the Louisville, Kentucky area, are given the option to pick up their order free of charge. Local orders can be picked up during regular business hours at either of our locations. Please specify which location you would like to pick up when checking out.  Arrangements must be made ahead of time to ensure your order is ready for pickup.
