Hat Boxes USA is committed to providing environmentally-friendly hat boxes that are made with superior quality, durability, and that are collapsible for easy storage. We have partnered with America's leading recycled packaging company to create our custom shaped boxes. Each one is crafted entirely from recycled materials.
Our hat box shape and sizes have been produced exclusively for Hat Boxes USA. Each one is made with 1/8" thick corrugated material to withstand years of wear and tear. They are hexagonal in shape so they can collapse flat for easy storage and shipment from our location. We offer 3 sizes to comfortably fit a small fascinator or hat, an average-sized brim hat, or an x-large Derby hat, all with a depth of 9" to accommodate large embellishments. Each box comes with a braided cord for easy carrying.
